Overview
Frog situps are an abdominal exercise that targets the rectus abdominis, or six-pack muscles. To perform a frog situp, start by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and curl up so that your shoulder blades come off the floor. Then, extend your legs out in front of you so that your feet are together and your toes are pointed. Keep your core engaged and slowly lower your legs back down to the floor. Repeat this exercise for 10-12 repetitions.

Alternatives
