Overview

Hanging wind sprint is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. The exercise is performed by hanging from a bar with your arms extended and your legs straight. You then quickly bring your knees to your chest and then extend them back out. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets of repetitions.
