Overview
The Kickflip HoppdeyWop is a cardio exercise that targets the abs. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Then, jump up and tuck your knees into your chest as you rotate your body so that your left shoulder is facing forward. As you land, swing your legs out to the side and then back in as you rotate your body so that your right shoulder is facing forward. Repeat this motion for 30 seconds to 1 minute. The Kickflip HoppdeyWop is a great way to get a workout in and tone your abs.
