Overview

Knee circles is an exercise that targets the calves. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Then, slowly circle your knees in a clockwise direction for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of counterclockwise circles. Repeat this exercise for 3 sets.
