Overview
The standing calves calf stretch is an exercise that targets the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles of the lower leg. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed forward. Bend your knees slightly and slowly lower your heels until you feel a stretch in your calves. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and then repeat 2-3 times.
