The standing soleus and achilles stretch is an exercise that targets the calves. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing forward. Bend forward from your hips and reach your hands toward your toes. Keep your back straight and your knees slightly bent. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times.
