This helps to increase the range of motion and challenge the muscles more effectively, To perform the dumbbell fix traveling pushup, start in a standard pushup position with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands shoulder-width apart on the ground. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, Slowly lower yourself down until your chest is just above the ground, Pause for a moment, then explosively push yourself up so that your arms are straight, As you push up, reach forward with your right hand and grab the dumbbell that is in your left hand, Continue to push up until your arms are straight and you are holding the dumbbells in the opposite hands, 5 Slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position, Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions.
