Overview
The diagonal left leg stepout to left kneeup is an exercise that targets the glutes. It is performed by starting in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Step out to the left with your left leg and lower your body until your left knee is at a 90-degree angle. Then, bring your left knee up to your chest and extend your left leg back to the starting position. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions on each side.
