Overview

Knee Across The Body is an exercise targeting the glutes. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Cross your right knee over your left knee and extend your arms out to the sides. Engage your glutes and push your hips up off the floor until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for a second, then slowly lower back down. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions on each side.
