Lateral High Knees To Quad Touch Jump is an exercise that targets the glutes. It is performed by starting in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, jump laterally to the left while raising your right knee to your chest. Immediately after landing, jump back to the right while raising your left knee to your chest. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
