Overview

The band good morning (pull through) is an exercise targeting the hamstrings. It is a of the good morning exercise that uses a resistance band to provide additional resistance. To perform the band good morning (pull through), stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band in both hands. Bend over at the waist and grasp the band with your hands directly in front of your ankles. Keeping your back straight, slowly raise your torso until you are standing upright. Slowly lower your torso back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
