Overview
The single arm open palm kettlebell clean is an exercise that targets the hamstrings. To perform the exercise, you will need a kettlebell. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the kettlebell in your right hand with an open palm. Hinge at your hips and lower the kettlebell until it is just below your knee. Then, explosively extend your hips and drive the kettlebell up to shoulder height. Reverse the motion to return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
