Overview

The right leg swing is an exercise that targets the hip abductors. To do this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Step forward with your right leg and swing it out to the side as far as you can. Keep your left leg straight and your core engaged. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. You can do this exercise for 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each side.
