Overview
The renegade row to split jump is a compound exercise that targets the lats, shoulders, and core. To perform the exercise, start in a pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together. Row one dumbbell up to your chest, then lower it back down. As you row the dumbbell, jump your legs out to the sides into a split stance. Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
