Overview
The dumbbell fix dumbbell deadlift is an exercise that targets the lower back. To perform the exercise, you will need a pair of dumbbells and a bench. Start by sitting on the bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended in front of you. Keeping your back straight, lean forward and lower the dumbbells until they are just below your knees. Then, drive your heels into the floor and extend your hips to return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise for 8-12 repetitions.
