Overview

Pelvic Tilt Into Bridge is an exercise targeting the lower back. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Engage your core and tilt your pelvis up so that your lower back is flat on the floor and your upper back is arched. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly lower your back to the floor. Repeat this exercise for 10-12 repetitions.
