Overview

The rag doll is an exercise that targets the lower back. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. You then extend your legs out in front of you and reach your arms overhead. You then slowly lower your legs back to the floor while keeping your arms extended overhead. This exercise is a good way to stretch and strengthen the lower back.
