Overview

The spine stretch is a yoga exercise that targets the lower back. It is a gentle stretch that can help to relieve pain and stiffness in the back. To do the spine stretch, start by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your arms out to the sides, palms up. Inhale and slowly arch your back, lifting your head and chest off the floor. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then exhale and slowly lower your back to the floor. Repeat the stretch 35 times.
