Overview

The isometric neck exercise sides is an exercise targeting the neck muscles. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Your arms should be extended out to the sides with your palms facing up. Slowly turn your head to one side, keeping your chin tucked in and your neck muscles engaged. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.

Variations

Variations of fitness exercises refer to different ways of performing a specific exercise or movement to target various muscle groups, intensities, or goals. These variations aim to challenge the body differently, prevent plateaus, and cater to individuals with varying fitness levels.

Alternatives

These alternative exercises can be used as substitutes when the original exercise is unavailable or challenging to perform due to various reasons such as equipment limitations, injuries, or personal preferences.
