Overview

NeckSmr is an exercise that targets the neck muscles. It is performed by sitting upright with your head and neck in a neutral position. Place your hands on the sides of your head and gently push your head forward and back, side to side, and in a circular motion. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions.
