Overview
The oblique crunch is an exercise that targets the obliques, which are the muscles on the sides of your abdomen. To perform an oblique crunch, lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground, keeping your elbows out to the sides. Crunch up as far as you can, then slowly lower back down. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.
