Overview

The kettlebell two arm clean is an exercise that targets the shoulders. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a kettlebell in each hand. With your arms hanging down at your sides, hinge forward at your hips and swing the kettlebells up between your legs. As you stand up, explosively pull the kettlebells up to your shoulders, keeping your elbows in front of you. Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position and repeat.
