It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a straight bar with an overhand grip. The bar is then raised from the front of your thighs to the level of your chin, with your elbows fully extended. This exercise can be performed for a single set of 10-12 repetitions, or for multiple sets of 810 repetitions each.
