Overview
The alternating bentover quick row is an exercise that targets the traps. To perform this exercise, you will need a barbell and two dumbbells. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and the barbell in front of you. Bend over at the waist so that your back is parallel to the floor and your arms are extended in front of you. Hold the dumbbells in your hands with your palms facing up. With your core engaged, row the dumbbells up to your sides until they reach shoulder height. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position and repeat. You can do this exercise for 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each side.
