Overview

The dumbbell pullover is an exercise that targets the traps, rhomboids, and rear deltoids. It is performed by lying on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended straight above you. Slowly lower the weights behind your head until they are just above your shoulders, then return to the starting position.
