Overview
The dumbbell. Romanian deadlift is an exercise that targets the traps as the main muscle group. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand. With a flat back, hinge at the hips and lower the dumbbells towards the floor until they reach just below your knees. Pause for a second, then return to the starting position. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets of 8-12 repetitions.
