Overview

The high angle cable row is an exercise that targets the traps. To do this exercise, you will need a cable machine and an attachment that allows you to row with your arms extended overhead. Stand facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Grasp the attachment with both hands and extend your arms overhead. Pull the attachment down to your chest, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Pause for a second and then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
