Overview

The middle back stretch is an exercise that targets the trapezius muscles. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Bend over and reach your arms towards the ground, keeping your back straight. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then slowly return to standing. Repeat this exercise 2-3 times.
