Overview
The reverse grip pull-up is a of the classic pull-up that targets the traps more than the back. To do a reverse grip pull-up, start by hanging from a bar with your palms facing away from you. Then, pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar, keeping your elbows close to your body. Slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
