Straight Bar Bench Mid Rows is an exercise targeting the traps, To perform this exercise, you will need a straight bar, a bench, and some weights, Lie down on the bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent, Hold the bar with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, Lift the bar off the rack and hold it in front of your chest with your arms extended, Bend your elbows and pull the bar down to your upper chest, keeping your elbows close to your sides, 5 Pause for a second, then slowly return to the starting position, Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions, This exercise is a great way to target the traps and build strength and size in this muscle group.
