Overview

The twoarm kettlebell row is an exercise that targets the traps, rhomboids, and latissimus dorsi. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a kettlebell in each hand. With your knees slightly bent, hinge forward at the hips and lower the kettlebells until they are just below your knees. Keeping your back flat, row the kettlebells up to your chest, then lower them back down. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
