Overview
The cable kickback is an isolation exercise for the triceps. It is performed by standing with one arm extended behind you, holding a cable attachment in your hand. You then extend your arm back behind you as far as you can, and then slowly return to the starting position. This exercise can be performed with either arm, and you can increase the difficulty by using a heavier weight or by doing more repetitions.

Variations of fitness exercises refer to different ways of performing a specific exercise or movement to target various muscle groups, intensities, or goals. These variations aim to challenge the body differently, prevent plateaus, and cater to individuals with varying fitness levels.
Alternatives

These alternative exercises can be used as substitutes when the original exercise is unavailable or challenging to perform due to various reasons such as equipment limitations, injuries, or personal preferences.
