Overview
The Smith reverse grip bent over row is an exercise targeting the upper back, particularly the latissimus dorsi and rhomboids. It is performed by standing with your back to a Smith machine, placing your feet shoulder-width apart and gripping the bar with a reverse grip (palms facing away from you) Keeping your chest up and your core engaged, bend over at the waist until your torso is parallel to the floor. Then, pull the bar up to your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position and repeat.
