In a separate small bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Your healthy, delicious meal is ready to enjoy!
Storage Tips
Refrigerator Storage:
You can store the cooked sweet potato and tuna mixture separately in airtight containers. For best results, use glass or BPA-free plastic containers. The sweet potato and tuna filling can stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days. Store the avocado and feta toppings separately to add fresh when ready to eat.
Freezer Storage:
Only the cooked sweet potato can be frozen. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and place it in an airtight container or freezer bag. It will stay good for up to 2 months. The tuna filling and avocado are not recommended for freezing, as the tuna mixture can lose texture, and avocado tends to turn brown.
Reheating Instructions:
For refrigerated storage, reheat the sweet potato in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in an air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for about 5 minutes. Add the tuna filling after reheating and top with fresh avocado and feta before serving.
