Please read the following terms of use, conditions, and disclaimer ("Agreement") carefully before booking a consultation session with Adrian Salavaty ("Adrian Salavaty" or "I") through Dr. Fitology's website or mobile app ("Website" (www.DrFitology.com) or "Mobile App"). By booking a consultation session and accessing the services provided, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from booking and participating in the consultation sessions.

Scope of Services:

(a) Dr. Fitology provides consultation sessions in the areas of workout, fitness, and nutrition advice. Adrian Salavaty will provide tips, guidance, and advice based on his expertise and knowledge in these areas.

(b) Adrian Salavaty is not a licensed healthcare professional and does not provide medical advice. The consultation sessions are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

(c) The advice provided during the consultation sessions is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Clients are advised to consult with their healthcare professional before implementing any changes to their exercise or nutrition routine.

Client Responsibility:

(a) Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health conditions and fitness goals.

(b) Clients acknowledge that the consultation sessions provide general advice and are not personalized to their specific needs. It is the client's responsibility to assess the suitability of the advice provided based on their own circumstances.

(c) Clients should consult with their healthcare professional before implementing any changes to their exercise or nutrition routine, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking any medications.

Limitation of Liability:

(a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Fitology, the Website, the Mobile App, Adrian Salavaty, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the consultation sessions, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages.

(b) Dr. Fitology, the Website, the Mobile App, Adrian Salavaty, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the advice provided during the consultation sessions, or for any actions taken by clients based on the information provided.

(c) The total liability of Dr. Fitology, the Website, the Mobile App, Adrian Salavaty, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the consultation session.

Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Fitology, the Website, the Mobile App, Adrian Salavaty, their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the consultation sessions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

By booking a consultation session with Adrian Salavaty through Dr. Fitology's Website or Mobile App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not proceed with booking a consultation session.
